Note: I found this writings in a book where I have some draft about what it would be a decent guide, but I never finished it. I post it, though incomplete, because I consider better than not to share it. This guide should have been posted long ago, but its better late than never. Apologies to my bad english, in this note and in the following guide.
Arena Techniques: They are movements you can do in a certain place of the arena, wich ones allow you to take advantage of the battle only if you do it in the exact moment.
- Loop o Eight Technique: Adopt a crosslinked cyclic trajectory (usually doing an 8 shape), this trajectory must include, at least, a weapon box. The 8 shape confuses the opponent.

Battle Phases
Preparation Phase: In this phase, is essential to adopt a defensive form, 60% defense and 40% attack. In this phase there are 3 objetives to achieve:
1. Decipher opponent's movements and trajectory. This way you will have a better idea of the things your opponent will do during the whole battle.
2. Define your own movements and trajectory based on the things you decipher on point 1, establishing the encounter points.
3. Planning your own surprise tactic based on the analyzed in points 1 and 2, establishing trap points and box stealings.
Attack phase: This is the phase in which you must attack with all you have, 60% attack and 40% defense. You must attack with all your capacity based on what you already know of your opponent movements and concretization of you own moves:
- Having a better idea of the trajectory opponent usually takes, will give you the advantage to make a better trajectory.
- Choose in which point of the opponent's trajectory to attack in order to decrease his scape or cover probabilities.
- To know which points and boxes your opponent takes blindly in order to set traps that he won't detect.
- To know which boxes your opponent takes to steal them from him and take the chance to attack first.
Attack Modes: To ensure a victory, the most important thing is to know how to attack, and this can be known studying the current situation:
- Face to Face Attack: This is the most direct way to attack, but is also risky. Do not to attack directly unless the advantage is 100% in your favor. Is not advisable, in example, to attack with a Potion to an opponent that have a Rocket, but it is a good idea to attack with a Bowling Bomb to someone that only have a TNT.
- Trap Attack: This is the most cautious and careful way of attack. It consist about setting traps like Potions and Nitros in places where the opponent is less alert of it, inside of boxes in the case of Potions. Regarding the Nitros, they can be placed in trajectories the opponent usually takes.
- Defensive Attack: This is the most surprising way of attack, but it is also risky if the opponent have a weapon. It consist of attacking directly with weapons that are usually for defense or indirect attack. In example, to intercept the trajectory of the opponent setting a Potion or Nitro in his way as fast as you can, so the opponent won't have time to react. This type of attack is also known as Direct Trap.
Defensive Phase: There will be moments in which you will need to change from attack to defense, and if you don't know how to make this change correctly your opponent will take advantage of this. There are differents ways of defense and it is very advisable to combine them all.
- Pasive Defense: This defense is easy, but it has its trick. The only thing you have to do is to get defensive weapons and move away the opponent as much as you can. The trick is to keep the exactly distance between the opponent, you and an auxiliar box for when your defensive weapon runs out or your opponent destroys/desactivates it.
- Arena Defense: This type of defense consist of using more the arena than the weapons. Each battle arenas have places where you can avoid opponent attacks if you use them correctly. You only need to localize each point, wall, turn where the defense gets the advantage over the attack. Each failed attack will make more or less irritation as to expert players as to beginners.
Battle Strategies:
-*Apply this only if you know it will give you advantage and/or you won't fall in your own trap: To place a Nitro at the side of a box can be annoying, but to place two Nitros each one at one side of the box is really a risk to anyone who wants to take that box. And the best of all is that the probabilities of your opponents to get disadvantaged are 2.5/3:
Facing this situation, your opponent can do 3 things:
. Toignore the box, this means one less box to him and probably it affects his trahectory.
. To destroy the Nitros, which will cost him a loss of time, boxes and weapons.
. Take the risk and go for the box. Unless your opponent is very skillful driving, he will crash with one of the boxes. Or the two.
