The tech was already discovered by amaratic, the fact that you'd use it in mystery caves first or not, doesn't make you the discoverer.

23.34 SL blizzard bluff : like my 22.15, it was bad except that I froggied over the sc with speedghost. I didn't even try to do 2 other laps after it . I only have restat, but it doesn't really matter because it's only SL, plus it's improvable...
